TierBoard — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
TierBoard ("the app") is a tier list maker for Android. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: your work is stored on your device; you control exports, sharing and Android backups.
Information the app handles
- Tier lists you create (titles, tier names, text items, colors and layout).
- Pictures you choose to add — from the Android photo picker or shared to TierBoard from another app. The app stores a resized copy inside its own private storage so your tier list keeps working even if the original picture is deleted.
What we do NOT do
- We do not receive, sell or use your personal data for advertising or analytics. User-selected exports, sharing and Android backup are described below.
- The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no crash-reporting SDKs.
- The app does not request access to your whole photo library, contacts, location, camera or microphone. Pictures are only accessed when you pick or share them, through Android's system photo picker / share sheet.
- Creating and editing tier lists works offline. The app does not upload your tier lists or pictures to a developer server. Optional Google Play reviews, exports, sharing and Android backup are described below.
Where your data lives
- All tier lists and copied pictures are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
- If you have Android's backup enabled, your tier-list documents and settings may be included in your Google-account backup. Copied pictures are excluded from cloud backup but can be transferred directly between devices. These system features are controlled by Android and your device settings, not by us.
- When you use Export image, Share list file or Back up all tier lists, the app creates a file and hands it to the destination you choose (your gallery, another app, or a storage location). What happens to it after that is controlled by you and that destination.
Ratings and app sharing
TierBoard may ask Google Play to show its review dialog, at most once every 60 days and only after use of the app. Any rating or review is handled by the Play Store under Google's terms; TierBoard's code does not receive what you wrote or whether you submitted a rating. Local usage counters determine when a prompt may be requested. Rate TierBoard opens Google Play, and Share TierBoard sends the app link to the destination you choose.
Google Play reviews and deletion
If you choose to submit a star rating or review, Google Play processes it under Google's terms and privacy policy. A submitted review may be public, or shared privately with Ninko as feedback during a closed test. Public Play reviews are associated with your Google Account and may show your public profile information. The app's code does not receive your rating, review text or submission status. Google states that this review data is encrypted.
Google provides review-deletion controls in the Play Store or your Google Account. For a posted review, open this app's detail page in the Play Store, find your review, and choose More > Delete. Instructions: Google Play review deletion instructions. Clearing this app's storage or uninstalling it does not delete your Play review.
Deleting your data
Delete a tier list inside the app to remove it and its pictures. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes everything the app stored.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not send your locally created work to the developer.
Retention and security
App data remains in Android's private app storage until you delete it or clear the app's storage. Android controls device security and system backups. Exported files, copies you share and system backups may remain after uninstalling; manage or delete them in the destination app or device backup settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date.

If you email support, Ninko receives your email address and message to answer your request. Your email provider handles delivery under its own privacy policy. Support correspondence remains in Ninko's mailbox until deleted. To request deletion of your support email address and messages, email nikotfic@gmail.com, include TierBoard in the subject, and state that you want your support correspondence deleted. Ninko will delete that correspondence after handling your request. This request does not delete your local app data, exported files, Android backups or Google Play review; use the controls described above for those copies.
